; they are well manufactured; the steel seems hard without being too brittle.The engraving of the size is deep and the lettering is fairly large making them easy to read.I even find myself using this set for bicycle repair and everything else because the long wrenches are just so easy to hold on to and easy to pick up after setting down.Just how long are these?The overall length of each bit is 6".The length of the hex arm itself on each is between 5-1/16" and 5-1/8".The outside diameter of the 3/8" drive is 11/16".I highly recommend that you purchase a long hex bit socket set like this one.I had trouble finding an alternative manufacturer--I was willing to spend more to purchase from a brand I respected--but I don't think you'll be dissatisfied with the quality of this set even if it is less money than you were willing to spend.So not only do I think you would like a set of long wrenches, I think you will like this particular set.

It should take care of any and all mechanical projects you need to work on. Be aware, though, that these hex wrenches do not have the "ball" end.The worst feature is the plastic box it comes in. Fuller needs to totally rework the design. The tiniest of the wrenches all too quickly and easily fall out with the slightest bump. Once that happens, good luck at trying to figure out what each size is, IF you're able to find them. This hex set with its poorly-designed case will not hold up to the rough treatment that it would receive in any repair shop, and remain intact.

in hopes of persuading Amazon to drop this item from their inventory. Between my wife and me, a week does not go by that at least two packages from Amazon.com doesn't land on our front porch. We will maintain this average as I'm expecting two sets of Bondhus Hex Balldrivers on Tuesday. When I was 12 years old, my father told me to never buy a cheap tool. I've got to remember to pass this on to my grandchildren when they visit me next week.

I ordered this set for the one socket I needed to do ATF drains&refills.Sockets are well polished and sturdy. It comes in a nice useable case.Made in Taiwan. It looks and feels like a quality set, better than most China-made junk.When I got this a month or two ago it was twenty percent cheaper on Amazon. It made it a good deal.
